Shipping & Handling

We are based in Bangkok. All International shipments we charge you ONLY a worldwide low flat rate of US $ 4.90 for any item - it’s included in the price. So you don’t have to worry about your shipment from Asia any more. It comes directly to your house with Registered Air Freight. For express delivery we have to add a small surcharge, please contact us.

It is our primary goal to make shopping in Asia as convenient and attractive for you as possible. This way you can buy products which you might not be able to get somewhere else, without having to pay for excessive airmail costs.

Customs Duty for International Orders. Many customers requested that we declare their shipments as "gift" with a value of US$ 20.00 to avoid high duties in some countries. Please let us know if you want your shipment to be declared as such.

Order Processing: Order processing takes 1 business day, warehousing takes 1 to 2 business days, air shipping from Asia to destination takes between 7 and 10 days (intercontinental delivery). Delays in excess of these estimates sometimes occur but normally only during national holiday periods.

Freight Damage: Damaged goods upon arrival must be reported to our Customer Service Department by e-mail: service@tourasia.net , followed by the return of the goods. Please save the original packaging material for inspection. We will replace the damaged products, credit the account or make a full refund at the discretion of the customers as soon as we receive the original returns. We accept return of our products for 30 days from the date of original purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, in good condition and be sellable, i.e. clean labels, undamaged product boxes and product packaging.

Bankers Checks (if applicabe for you, pls. mail to sales@tourasia.netfor detailed instructions). For international customers we give also the option of payment by international US dollar bank checks (Demand Draft). These are available at most banks worldwide for a small fee. Print out the screen which has your request and the total cost. Cancel the on- line order and mail the print out (registered!) to Tourasia Co. Ltd with a bankers check in US Dollars for the full amount. Please kindly inform our customer service department, if you should choose this payment option, for detailed instructions.
